Jay & Arlene Chan-Tubianosa


Jay has over 25 years of experience managing businesses and overseeing portfolios of assets. He has degrees from Bentley College and New York University’s Stern School of Business. Additionally, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst CFA and a Professional Risk Manager PRM. Jay is also an avid historian and landscaper.

Arlene is our Accounts Manager and she has 20 years experience as an office manager for commercial and residential real estate rentals.  She was responsible for in-house accounting—paying bills and payroll, making bank deposits, recording invoices, and handling tax matters. She spent many years in cooperation with the NYC Department of Building and NYC Landmarks Preservation Commissions.
